Charge Accounts

Northeastern State University extends charging privileges to students in order to facilitate use of campus-based services through the Talon Charge program. Full time students are given a $800 per semester credit limit in their Talon Charge account on the student ID system. Use of this charge account is at the student’s discretion. To access the account, the student presents their ID card at Barnes & Noble Bookstore, Drop Zone, Copy Zone and Fitness Center. This account may only be used for campus purchases. There are no cash advances available.

Charges to the Talon Charge account are posted to the student’s Business Office account each week. These charges are reflected on the monthly billing statement. Payment is due on the 15th of each month.

If your account becomes past due, late fees are posted to your account, enrollment for future semesters is not allowed, and transcripts and diplomas are not released until the past due balance is paid. Charging privileges for past due accounts are revoked. In order to reinstate charging privileges, the Talon Charge account must be paid in full.
