How to obtain information about your account

Current information on tuition, fees, and other university charges, including Financial Aid disbursed to your account, may be viewed on the Northeastern State University website.

The staff of Business Affairs at the Tahlequah campus is available by phone at 918-444-2160 or come by Room 124 of the Administration Building, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 5 p.m. Or you can also send an e-mail to nsuoba@nsuok.edu.

The Broken Arrow campus Office of Business Affairs is available by phone at 918-449-6250 Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Please Note: Federal law limits the information the University may provide to parents of NSU students. Your account is in your name. Information regarding your account may only be issued directly to you, the student.

The Business Affairs office issues statements that list charges, credits and payments on your account. Most charges and credits originate from the departments listed below. You may want to call these offices directly with some questions.

  • Admissions and Records, 918-444-2200: Admission to the University, enrollment and related fees, withdrawal procedures, transcripts
  • Business Affairs, 918-444-2160: Information about tuition and fees charges and payments on account, outside scholarships and sponsor payments, and collections of past due accounts with the university
  • Financial Aid, 918-444-3402: Financial aid application and eligibility, grants, work-study, loans, scholarships and deadlines as well as financial counseling
  • Housing, 918-444-4700: Housing contracts, changes in housing assignments, housing and meal plan charges, apartment rent charges
  • ID Services, 918-444-2577: New and replacement ID cards and questions about meal plans and campus charge accounts, including Greenbacks and FunBuck$. Lost or found ID cards should be reported to this office.
  • Parking & Traffic, 918-444-2444: Parking permits and parking violations
  • Payroll Office, 918-444-2131: Employment payments
  • Perkins Loan Office, 918-444-2180: Perkins Loan repayment, exit counseling, loan consolidation information and short term loans
