Reach Higher (Organizational Leadership) is a flexible program that allows students
to complete a degree in organizational leadership within two years. Since many of
the classes are online, students can keep a normal routine and maintain regular work
hours.
Research shows that, on average, a college graduate will earn at least $1.1 million
more in his or her lifetime than a high school graduate. When enrolled in the Reach
Higher program, students will enter a curriculum specifically designed to help them
succeed in the workplace.
