New Hire Packet: The Department New Hire Orientation Checklist will assist you with successfully onboarding your new faculty or staff member.  The following forms must be completed, signed, and submitted to the Office of Human Resources along with the Personnel Action Form (PAF) in order to complete the hiring process.  ALL forms must be sent to HR at least 5 days prior to the new employee's start date.
