Payment
Applicants can make the application fee payment by mailing a check or money order payable to Northeastern State University for $25 USD to The Office of International Programs, Northeastern State University, 600 N Grand Avenue, Tahlequah, OK 74464 USA.
Applicants who are unable to mail a check or money order to our office should contact us to make other arrangments for paying the application fee.
