The graduates and faculty in the Spring 2013 Commencement Ceremonies will be seated on the field house floor. Each graduate will be given an official name card for graduation and tickets upon showing proper identification at the following locations and times. Note: Only graduates can pick up the card and tickets. Pick up must be done at the assigned places and times. You must show your NSU ID or driver's license.
College of Education You can pick up your card and tickets (7) on Friday, May 10, in the Office of the Registrar on the upper level of the CASE Building from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. or graduates who cannot get their card and tickets by 3 p.m. should arrive in the North Gym (line-up area) by 5 p.m. on Friday to pick them up and get the tickets to family and friends for entry. Line up begins at 5:30 p.m.
College of Science & Health Professions and Oklahoma College of Optometry You can pick up your card and tickets (7) on Friday, May 10, in the Office of the Registrar on the upper level of the CASE Building from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. or graduates who cannot get their card and tickets on Friday should arrive in the North Gym (line-up area) by 7:30 p.m. on Saturday to pick them up and get the tickets to family and friends for entry. Line up begins at 8:15 a.m.
College of Liberal Arts You can pick up your card and tickets (7) on Friday, May 10, in the Office of the Registrar on the upper level of the CASE Building from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. or graduates who cannot get their card and tickets on Friday should arrive in the North Gym (line-up area) by 10:30 a.m. on Saturday to pick them up and get the tickets to family and friends for entry. Line up begins at 11 a.m.
College of Business and Technology You can pick up your card and tickets (10) on Friday, May 10, in the Office of the Registrar on the upper level of the CASE Building from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. or graduates who cannot get their card and tickets on Friday should arrive in the North Gym (line-up area) by 1:15 p.m. on Saturday to pick them up and get the tickets to family and friends for entry. Line up begins at 1:45 p.m.
Guests All guests who want to sit in Jack Dobbins Field House must present a ticket at the main entrance on the south side of the building. Children over the age of 2 years must have a ticket. Doors will open and guests may enter the facility approximately one hour prior to their graduate's ceremony. Other family members and friends without tickets will be escorted to the Webb Auditorium where the ceremonies will be transmitted live.
There will be a designated area at the south end of the field house for seating disabled guests.
