Donated beverages cannot be used at events inside the University Center, Alumni Center, and NET Building, or where catering from Sodexo Campus Dining is also or would otherwise be served. Donated beverages should not be used in venues where other food and beverages are sold by the University, such as the Cue Bowl. Beverage donations may not be sold for fund-raising purposes or for resale. Requests for beverages must be received by University Relations four weeks in advance of the proposed event.
