These procedures must be followed every semester in order to keep benefits paid.
- Complete the Student Information Sheet online or print a Veteran Student Information Sheet (pdf).
- Meet with your academic advisor and enroll early.
- Submit your approved and signed information sheet every semester to the NSU Veteran Services Office or Student Services on the Broken Arrow Campus or NSU Muskoge Campus or by fax, e-mail, or in person.
- Keep your address, telephone number and email updated with NSU and Department of Veteran Affairs.
- Report all schedule changes to NSU VA Office.
- Attend class. Northeastern State University is required to report last date of attendance for courses not passed. This can create overpayments.
