Degrees and Majors

Northeastern State University offers a wide variety of degrees and majors. Students interested in a particular degree program are encouraged to contact a Faculty Mentor or Academic Advisor in the associated discipline.

A minor is designed to complement the major. Most majors, with the exception of Art, Business (BBA), Education, and Social Work require a minor or a second major. A minor typically consists of eighteen approved hours; students should refer to the course catalog or contact his/her Academic Advisor to review minor requirements.
