Students must meet with or talk to their advisor prior to enrolling each semester.

Students who haven’t declared a major can visit with a University Advisor in the upper level of the CASE Building (Center for Admissions and Student Enrollment). 

Declared students or students wishing to declare a major should meet with an Academic Advisor in the appropriate college.

Advisors may not substitute, waive or exempt students from any established requirement or academic standard. While advisors make every effort to provide accurate and current information, all advising information regarding coursework, academic progress, and graduation is considered unofficial. The NSU Registrar’s office is the official and final authority for all program, degree, and graduation requirements.
