Shipping and Receiving
This is where you will find information related to the Shipping and Receiving functions at Northeastern State University. All inbound shipping and freight deliveries are made to a central location. Deliveries will be made daily from this location.
You can also find the University's Surplus Inventory at this location. Surplus inventory may be transferred to and from this facility.
Shipping and Receiving is located at 148 Short Street, Tahlequah, OK 74464. Due to the amount of shipments coming in to this facility, we recommend you contact Purchasing at (918) 444-2170 to schedule a time to go look through surplus or pick up an shipments.
Surplus
Our Surplus inventory is for items no longer in use or needed by the department. Surplus is also available to all departments to retrieve items such as desks or other furniture. If you are transferring an item either to or from Surplus, please fill out the Capital Asset Inventory Change form (pdf) and submit to purchasing@nsuok.edu
