NSU has been tracking modifications to the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). We want to make sure you are aware of changes to the overtime eligibility rules, and how they will impact NSU. These changes are effective December 1, 2016. NSU will begin the transition on November 20, 2016. This is the first day of a new pay period. The pay date for the first bi-weekly check is December 16, 2016.
