Study Abroad

The Office of International Programs is committed to providing you with quality international academic opportunities through Study Abroad programs to ensure that you become successful members and active participants in the global community. Study Abroad is seen as an integral component of an NSU education, and all students are urged to participate.

ISEP Exchange

Students may study abroad in many cases for the cost of NSU tuition, room and board through one of 338 member institutions in 55 countries. In most cases financial aid and scholarships will help cover the cost, and the student may apply for a study abroad grant through the Office of International Programs. Programs are available in English as well as a variety of foreign languages. For more information visit the ISEP website.

Bilateral Exchange

NSU has partnered with a number of foreign institutions through which NSU students may study abroad on exchange. Bilateral exchange involves paying NSU tuition to NSU. The student will pay for housing and meals in the host country. In most cases the student may use financial aid and scholarships to help cover the cost. Students may also apply for a study abroad grant through the Office of International Programs.
