Registration for the ACT
NSU is a test site for the National ACT. Please visit the ACT Home Page directly for registration and any questions related to that test. The ACT may be taken a total of 12 times, including the Residual ACT. At least 60 days must have passed between attempts (the Residual ACT at NSU can only be taken once per calendar year).
Residual ACT tests are given by the Testing Services Department in the Center for Admissions and Student Enrollment (CASE) building. The scores from this test can only be used for admission to NSU. They cannot be transferred to any other institution. If fewer than 60 days has passed since the last attempt, ACT will cancel scores and no refund will be issued. Residual ACT scores are not valid for NCAA. The cost for NSU's Residual ACT is $60.
To register for NSU's residual ACT, you must complete a registration and payment form (pdf), and mail it, along with a check or money order for $60 payable to NSU, to the address on the application; or bring the registration form and payment to the testing office. You may also pay online with a credit card and either mail in or hand deliver the registration form. Space is limited. You may want to verify availability on a specific date by calling Testing Services at 918-444-2138. Registration and payment must be made at least two days prior to the testing date. Once your application is received and payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with your assigned test date and time.
**PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF YOUR SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME BECAUSE LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE TESTING CENTER.**
