Hello! I am the University Representative for Northeastern State University, covering Northwest Arkansas, Southwest Kansas, and Southeast Missouri. I graduated from NSU in December 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Health & Human Performance and am now pursuing my master’s degree in Health & Sport Science.
During my time at Northeastern State University, I was involved in Greek Life, Welcome Week, and the President’s Leadership Class (PLC), which grew my love for NSU and expanded my connections. I quickly learned that Northeastern State is a place that encourages new beginnings, meaningful connections, and personal growth.
NSU is a place where students can feel comfortable starting a new chapter, finding their community, and building a future they’re excited about. From the moment you step on campus, you’re surrounded by people who want to support you, challenge you, and help you grow. Whether you’re getting involved on campus, connecting in the classroom, or exploring new opportunities, NSU gives you the space and encouragement to become confident in who you are and where you’re headed.
If you have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to help! Go RiverHawks!

FAVORITE ASPECT OF NSU:
My favorite part of NSU is the strong sense of community—everyone genuinely wants you to succeed and helps make campus feel like home.
WHY I LOVE MY JOB:
I love my job because I get to meet students from all over and help them see what makes NSU feel like home. It’s amazing to share my own experiences, answer questions, and cheer them on as they explore their future. Being part of someone’s journey and knowing I can make their transition to college a little easier is honestly the best part of what I do.
FAVORITE SPOT ON CAMPUS:
My favorite place on campus has to be the University Center! It’s a hub for everything happening at NSU, and I spent so much time there as a student—and still do as a staff member. Whether I was grabbing a bite with friends, studying at River’s Edge, or taking part in campus events, the UC is always buzzing with activity and is a place where great memories are made.
ADVICE TO PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS:
Don’t be afraid to get involved and try new things—you never know what opportunities or friendships might come from stepping outside your comfort zone. Ask questions, explore the resources NSU offers, and take the time to find the community that feels like home. College is what you make of it, and NSU gives you the support to make it amazing.
