Hello! I am the University Representative for the Northwest and Central Oklahoma regions. I am actually a two-time NSU graduate, as I graduated with my Bachelor of Social Work in 2019 and my Master of Social Work in 2020!

NSU is where I was able to learn so much about myself, the world, and life in general. I truly feel like NSU helped me find who I am and helped me create some of the most important connections in my life! NSU cares so much about their students and makes sure that they have everything they need to be successful.

NSU has so many amazing opportunities for students to be apart of while attending and even after graduation. One of the best parts of NSU to me is that you are more than just a student here. NSU recognizes there are many elements to people’s lives and want to make sire they have the availability to support their students through any needs that arise. Attending NSU is like having a second family (a pretty big one too!).

I am so excited to be back at my Alma Mater and please feel free to reach out if you have any questions! Go Hawks!

Broken Arrow, OK

EDUCATION:
Associate in Psychology, TCC
Bachelor Social Work, Northeastern State University
Masters of Social Work, Northeastern State University

FAVORITE ASPECT OF NSU:
My favorite aspect of NSU is the student to faculty ratio! It allows for easy and direct communication with professors while still having a good amount of student life/organizations to be involved with on campus!

FAVORITE SPOT ON CAMPUS:
My favorite spot on campus would have to be Second Century Square. There are always activities happening there, whether it is University organized, student organized, or just friends having fun!

WHY I LOVE MY JOB:
I love my job because I love getting to be back on campus, and getting to be involved in so many ways while helping students learn about NSU! I am so thankful for my time at NSU and I hope everyone gets that same experience in their own unique way!

ADVICE TO PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS:
The best advice I can give to prospective students is to GET INVOLVED! There are so many different ways one can get involved in an organization on campus. The best part? If there isn't an organization that fits you, then you can create your own! Getting involved on campus is the best way to expand your social circle, make memories, and have fun!
