I am the University Representative covering Southeast Oklahoma and Northeast Texas. I am a 2022 graduate from Northeastern State University with a bachelor's degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. I look forward to sharing with prospective students all that Northeastern State University has to offer.

I was born and raised here in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and NSU has been a part of my life for several years now. I have come to love the community of students, faculty, and staff at NSU. I was given the opportunity to enroll in concurrent classes at NSU while I was in high school. This allowed me to be further ahead in my studies compared to other students when I entered my first full year at NSU. The presence of concurrent enrollment, as well as many other aspects, provide advantages for NSU students and help them achieve success in any given field of study.

The professors and staff at NSU truly want to see their students succeed academically and in their future careers. By having such an encouraging environment, NSU students are able to achieve their dreams and their potential. There are countless ways to become involved on campus and really get the most out of your college experience. Numerous student organizations and regular campus events ensure there will be something of interest to you.

During the next step in your life and your academic career, I hope you realize what is truly important to you and follow the life you want for yourself. If you are willing to work towards your dreams, NSU will be there to push you closer to achieving them.

FAVORITE ASPECT OF NSU:
My favorite aspect of NSU is the desire among faculty and staff for student success. You will find plenty of support and encouragement along your academic journey at NSU. You will quickly become part of the family here at NSU and can be assured that your best interest is our top priority.

WHY I LOVE MY JOB:
I love my job because of the interactions and relationships I can form with prospecting students. It brings me satisfaction to be able to help students achieve their goals and begin their academic career at NSU.

FAVORITE SPOT ON CAMPUS:
My favorite spot on campus is the FIT. It is so nice to have a place to exercise, regroup, and socialize during free time. My favorite activities include playing basketball, volleyball, and weight lifting.

FAVORITE NSU SPORT:
Men's basketball is definitely my favorite sport at NSU! I have grown up playing and really enjoy watching games at the NSU Event Center. Also, as a student you get free admission to all home sporting events!

ADVICE TO PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS:
Don't be afraid to try new things during your time in college. These years will be some of the most influential and important times in your life so make the most of it! Set goals, make plans, and go out and create the future you want!
