How can I take the Graduation Outcomes Survey?

If you graduated within the last 6 months, follow one of these options in order to take the Graduation Outcomes Survey:

• An e-mail with a link to the survey will be sent out to all students 2 weeks before graduation, at graduation, 1 month after graduation, 3 months after graduation, and 6 months after graduation.
• Log into your Handshake Account. Select the "For You" page. There will be a button on the top of this webpage that says Share my first destination.
• Log into your Handshake Account. Select Career Center and then First Destination Survey.

How frequently can I update my responses to the Graduation Outcomes Survey?

You can submit multiple responses to the Graduation Outcomes Survey so feel free to update your response if your situation changes. We will only count your most recent response in reporting.

You will get periodic reminder e-mails about updating your responses up until 6 months after graduation. If you want to update your response before then, log into your Handshake account, click on Career Center, then First Destination Survey, and then Submit Another Response .

Are prize drawings conducted?

Yes, a prize drawing is conduct each semester.

Who is conducting the Graduation Outcomes Survey?

The Graduation Outcomes Survey is conducted by Handshake First Destination Survey in partnership and on behalf of Northeastern State University.
