Northeastern State University has six recognized student organizations specifically for Native students, including Alpha Pi Omega Sorority, American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES), American Indian Business Leaders (AIBL), Native American Student Association (NASA), Phi Sigma Nu Fraternity, and Sigma Nu Alpha Gamma Fraternity.
