How close is NSU to the airport?

NSU Broken Arrow is located just 20 minutes away from the Tulsa International Airport.

Do you charge for parking?

NSU offers plentiful parking at no charge to you and your guests. Parking lots are conveniently located around campus, no matter where your event is located.

Are your facilities accessible to those with mobility considerations?

NSU’s facilities are ADA-compliant and there are handicapped parking spaces adjacent to each building.

Are overnight accommodations available on campus?

Our Broken Arrow campus does not offer overnight accommodations, but we work with nearby hotels to offer you discounted rates. Several hotels are within 5-10 minutes from campus.

Are furniture and linens included in the rental charges?

Tables and chairs, set to your specifications, are included in your room rental.

Is A/V equipment available?

Most meeting rooms and all classrooms come equipped with audio and visual equipment, including projector, screen, and computer. Our larger meeting spaces also include microphones and confidence monitors for speakers to use during their presentations. A member of our Events Team will assist you with the operation of the room’s system.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes. Open Wi-Fi is available to NSU guests. Any needed log-in credentials will be provided by a member of our Events Team.

What happens if we need assistance after business hours or on Saturday?

A member of our Conferences and Events Team will be available to you throughout your event. University Police are always available to offer assistance as needed.

Are alcoholic beverages permitted on campus?

Our Sodexo Campus Catering Services is licensed to provide bar service at your event. Adherence to Oklahoma state law is strongly enforced.

How soon should I reserve my event at NSU?

As soon as you know the date(s) of your event, please contact us to make a reservation. Some times of year book quickly, so planning ahead will ensure that you get the room and date you prefer.
