We are located on the Tahlequah campus in the red brick building (Seminary Bath House) which is directly behind Seminary Hall.

Virtual Assistance

Join the Virtual Waiting Room

Virtual Assistance available Monday - Friday, 9 am - 4 pm. 

No appointment necessary.

Students may experience brief wait times during peak hours. The session begins in a shared virtual space, and breakout rooms are available for one-on-one assistance with a Financial Aid Counselor.

Students will be required to present their university student ID card during the Zoom session to verify their identity.

Privacy Notice:
To protect your personal information, please join the Zoom session from a private and secure location. University staff will verify your identity before discussing account-specific details. Conversations held in breakout rooms are confidential and intended solely for the student.
