Human Resources Training

Training

Teacher and student on computerHuman Resources training is specifically designed to help busy faculty and staff access required and optional information training programs at convenient times. A variety of topics are available. Training that is required for all faculty and staff is noted. Optional programs identify personnel who will benefit from completion of the training.

The Get Training Series is great for new users in Cornerstone on Demand. They will learn how to explore this software as it relates to the recruitment process with hiring new employees within their department. 

Personnel Action Form Training also known as the PAF demonstrates the process of personnel transactions and changes directly related to the employee.

Get Training Series! 

This is a four part training fully centered around Cornerstone on Demand and how it interacts with end users to hire new employees. Starting with requesting requisitions, reviewing applicants as a part of the search committee to moving applicants to background checks. This training is most helpful to a current university employee with faculty or staff recruitment responsibilities.

The videos are comprised of the following and preferred to be viewed in order:

Personnel Action Form Training

This PAF Video Training is available to assist with creating PAFs in your department. PAFs track personnel changes within the employee's respective department, such as position, wage and budget. The training is in four sections and each under 15 minutes. The videos are comprised of the following and preferred to be viewed in order:
