Cabinet Meeting Notes March 11, 2014

Tuesday, March 11, 2014 | 9:00 a.m. | A110
Cabinet was called to order by Mr. David Koehn.
Members present: Mr. David Koehn, Dr. Laura Boren, Dr. Pamela Fly, Mr. Todd Enlow and Mr. Jon Asbill
Absent: Mr. Ben Hardcastle and Dr. Steve Turner

Commencement Needs

Pam Fly brought forth a request for approval of a one-time cost to purchase a stage for Commencement in the Event Center. We have previously borrowed a stage from the city of Tahlequah, however it is not ADA compliant nor does it fit our facility. The purchased stage will be portable and modular for ease of use. This was approved by the cabinet.

Student Housing-Construction/Renovation Needs (continued discussion)

Todd Enlow and Jon Asbill presented information to the Cabinet. A lengthy discussion ensued.
