CABINET MEETING NOTES

Members in Attendance: Steve Turner, Debbie Landry, Jerrid Freeman, Christy Landsaw 

Members Absent:  Dan Mabery

The meeting began at 9:00 a.m.

President Turner welcomed the group.

Scholarship Changes to Improve Recruitment and Retention Efforts (leveraging) – Cont’d
VP Freeman brought the final changes to the scholarship process back for further discussion.  Cabinet discussed needs and expectations.  President asked each for their approval.  All are in favor.  The changes will be in effect Fall 2022.

Enrollment/Retention
Provost Landry and VP Freeman reported that summer number are down .5% HC and up .1% CH.  Fall is down 1.4% HC and down 3.1% CH.  

Deactivating Student’s Email Accounts
VP Landsaw proposed to deactivate accounts at 2yrs old w/no activity within one year.  The group discussed needs.  All approved to proceed.

Opening Meeting
President Turner discussed with the group how this year’s meeting would be held.  After discussion, the group agreed that we would go back to normal activities.

Additional Space Utilization – BA
President Turner discussed with the group the additional needs for the changes made with the BA Public School Agreement.
