Offices/University relations/Banner Request

Banner Request

Two weeks advanced notice is required for all banners requested. If you do not request the banner two weeks in advance, your request will be declined.

Banner size will be approximately 3' x 10'.

The person listed as contact will be called when banner is delivered to University Relations. The banner will be available for pick up in Admin 207 - University Relations.
Keep it short
Pick a date to pick up the banner. Pick up date must be at least 3 days prior to event.
Provide any further detailed instructions if needed.
Banner Policy

Banner Requests must be received two weeks in advance of the date needed. If you want the banner displayed contact Facilities Management.

If product is ordered and not picked up the organization will lose their privilege to order until further notice.
