Policy Information

The primary purpose of the sign located on the NSU Playhouse at Downing and Muskogee Ave. in Tahlequah is to increase public attendance of events held on the NSU campus and at NSU venues and to increase enrollment in NSU credit and non-credit courses.

At the discretion of NSU, the sign may also be used, on a limited basis, to display announcements regarding free public events held in the historic downtown Tahlequah area that are officially sponsored by the City of Tahlequah, Cherokee County, tribal governments headquartered in Cherokee County, the Tahlequah Chamber of Commerce, and Tahlequah Main Street Association.
