University Center (UC)

INSIDE THE UNIVERSITY CENTER

Inside the University Center you will find the following:
  • RiverHawk Shoppe - Managed by Barnes & Noble the RiverHawk Shoppe (bookstore) offers the best deals on RiverHawks apparel, textbooks, school and office supplies, books and magazines. Stop in and ask them about their textbook rentals, price matching, and special ordering of hard to find books.
  • Conferences & Events- Are you searching for a place to hold an upcoming event or conference? Northeastern State University's Conferences and Event department has a host of venues and resources available to assist you.
  • Hungry? Sodexo Food Services has you covered. You will find a host of venues sure to satisfy everyone's taste buds. If you're looking for a convenient way to save money on dining, check out our Meal Plans. There are several options available.
    • Freshens - Smoothies and premium yogurt are the feature here. Get a waffle cone loaded with toppings or try a Fro-Yo Blast!
    • Chick Fil A - Best known for its signature sandwich they also offer nuggets, salads, and fresh squeezed lemonade.
    • Sushic - Our newest addition to the Underground! We welcome Asian inspired cuisine, focusing on rolled sushi and rice bowls. It's a quick, easy, healthier for those on the go! 
    • Market Cafe - In search of a variety of foods? Look no further. The Market Cafe offers a wide range of healthy choices from fresh salads, fruits, and vegetarian saute station. Also, you will find stone oven baked pizzas, grilled entrees, home-style cooking, make to or order deli sandwiches, and chef creations made just for you.
    • Senor Sabroso - If you are looking to put a little spice into your day, this campus favorite offers nachos, tacos, burritos, and bowls all tailored to your liking!
    • Flo's - Come join us at Flo's!  Our popular coffee shop is finally back home in Wilson Hall.  Come take in the fireplace views while enjoying our new menu and just like before, we proudly brew Starbucks coffee.
  • Mail Services - The University Mail Services aka "Drop Zone" is practically a full-service post office. They have stamps, boxes, envelopes, and a variety of packaging materials as well as offering UPS, Certified, Priority, and Bulk mailing services. Students living on campus will pick up all incoming packages here.
  • Student Activities - Looking to get involved? Want to know what fun events are happening? Then the Student Activities office can help you with both! They're located in the Basement of the University Center.
  • Fraternity/Sorority Life & Leadership - If you're interested in becoming a part of a growing community or just curious about what Greek life is about. Their office is also located in the basement of the University Center right next to parking services.
  • Parking Services - All vehicles on any Northeastern State University Campus must obtain a valid parking permit. Should you leave your lights on or have a car alarm going off then parking services will be able to contact you. Parking Services is located in the basement of the University Center just outside of the Student Lounge.
