Introductory Leadership Certificate
Fall 2026 Introductory Leadership Certificate Overview (L.E.A.D.S.)
To receive the certificate, all requirements must be met: attend one workshop per semester, and complete a pre- and post- evaluation.
Certificate requirements:
- Attend one session in the Fall to complete level I, and 2 session in the Spring to complete levels II & III
- Certificate overview & Intro to Individual Values
- Consciousness of Self
- Congruence
- Commitment & Certificate Wrap-up & transition to Intermediate Certificate
- Complete an evaluation prior to the first and after the last workshop to help assess program effectiveness.
Certificates will be awarded at a recognition ceremony in the Spring.
