Information Technology Services is responsible for the connectivity of your devices while on campus. If you have issues regarding NSU email, Internet, setting up gaming or smart TV/streaming devices, etc, please visit the Information Technology Services (ITS) Client Portal page for more information, including how to submit tickets..
We take your comfort very seriously, and if you are experiencing these issues when the space temperature is over 90 degrees, or below 60 degree, we consider these situations an emergency. In these cases, we ask you to call the Facilities Management directly at 918-444-2402 during business hours, or your housing staff on call after hours and on the weekends.

If you are experiencing an Heat/Air Conditioning issue that is not an emergency, please visit the University’s Facilities Management work order system to submit the issues.
Water is the single most destructive force in our buildings. Thank you for coming here to report an issue, as we will respond to the issue very quickly. Please report any active leak by calling the Facilities Management at 918-444-4700,or your housing staff on call after hours and on the weekends. If you are unable to reach your RA in an emergency situation, please contact Campus Police at 918-444-2468.

If you have a running/dripping faucet or toilet or backed up drain that is not causing any damage at this time, please submit a work order to Facilities Management.
Whether it is your room or out in the hallway, many eyes help us keep things fixed and in good condition. If you see something broken or a light out on campus, or if you have issues related to pests, HVAC system, plumbing, electrical, etc., please submit a work order to Facilities Management.
