• May, June and July applications will be processed on an individual basis.

*Applications can be submitted at any time and are regularly reviewed throughout the month. Any application that is considered as a full board review by the IRB will be discussed during the monthly meeting as long as it is submitted to the IRB by the due date and time specified above.

2026-2027 ACADEMIC YEAR FULL BOARD MEETINGS

IRB meetings are held via Web conferencing in Zoom at 1:00 p.m. on the dates indicated. Meetings are on Friday afternoons. During meetings we conduct business and review applications requiring full board review. Meetings are not public, but individual applicants may be allowed to participate in the discussion of their own application with sufficient notice to the IRB Chair.
