Driver is also considered a seat-belted passenger. Minimum charges are based on a minimum mile amount driven. In addition to round trip mileage is also a $20 per day fee for vehicles left in public transportation parking areas (airports, etc). [Therefore, minimum daily rate will not apply]
*Cancellations received at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time are subject to a cancellation fee of the minimum daily rate. Cancellations received within 24 hours of departure or no-shows are subject to the first day's rental rate.
