Frequently Asked Questions
If you are in need of our services, you may submit a Service Request from our Forms & Requests page by clicking here. Please follow the instructions and view the Priorities List to determine the urgency of your request.
For any questions in regards to Service Requests, you may call the Facilities Call Center at extension x2402 during business hours or send an email to facilitiesmaint@nsuok.edu.
For after hours emergencies, contact NSU Police Department at extension x2468.
Facilities Management offers a broad range of services. Primarily, we are responsible for maintaining campus facilities through our Custodial, Grounds, and Maintenance Departments.
We also provide chargeable services such as remodeling/construction work, planning, and project management.
Please refer to the Priority List that we use to determine the order of importance. To view the Priorities List, click here.
Typically, the average Service Request will fall under the Medium Priority, which can take 3-5 business days.
Although exceptions occur, you do not need to be present at the time of the Services.
If the information is correct on the Service Request and contact information has been provided, we will distribute the Service Request to the appropriate department and act on it accordingly.
