Parking Services Forms

We are now accepting Parking Permit submissions for the 2025-2026 school year.

Vehicle Registration

Students, Faculty, and Staff now have the option of filling out the form online. Simply click the appropriate buttons below, enter your information, and then submit. You'll be able to pick up your permit 7 business days from the date of submission at the Parking Services Office in the Tahlequah Administration Building. The Vehicle Registration Form is also still available for those who have any issues with the google form. Simply open the pdf, type your information into the form, then save and print it. Take it with you when you pick up your permit and it will save time.

Notification of Vehicle Change 

Appeal a Parking Ticket:
You may fill out the Parking Citation Appeal Google Form. It will automatically be sent to Parking Services. You will get an email from parking@nsuok.edu regarding your appeal 1-3 days after you submit your appeal.
