Parking Services Forms

Vehicle Registration

Students, Faculty, and Staff now have the option of filling out the form online. Simply click the appropriate buttons below, enter your information, and then submit. You'll be able to pick up your permit 7 business days from the date of submission. The Vehicle Registration Form is also still available for those who have any issues with the google form. Simply open the pdf, type your information into the form, then save and print it. Take it with you when you pick up your permit and it will save time.

Appeal a Parking Ticket:
You may download the Parking Citation Appeal Form (pdf), fill it out, and mail or deliver to Parking Services.
