On Line Reporting

You may file reports on-line that do not require an officer to investigate the incident at the scene.  Here are the cases in which you may file an online report:

Harassing Communications By means of an electronic device, making a comment, request, suggestion or proposal which is obscene. Making an electronic communication with intent to terrify, intimidate, harass or threaten to inflict physical harm to any person or property of another, Making an electronic communication with the intent to put the party called in fear of physical harm or death. Making an electronic communication without disclosing the identity of the caller or sender with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any Hang-up calls or silent calls. Obscene language, threats of violence via telephone, email, Facebook, etc.. Harassing calls to your cellphone must be reported at the location billed, unless you live in University Housing.
Lost Property Items lost on campus. Lost wallets, back-packs, purses, keys, cellphones, etc...
Malicious Mischief Maliciously injure, deface or destroy any real or personal property of another. Vandalism to personal property or vehicles. Graffiti, breaking windows, keying a vehicle, cutting tires, etc...
Theft Taking and carrying away of personal property of another by fraud/stealth with the intent to deprive the owner permanently. Stolen computers, wallets, purses, back-packs, home electronics, etc...
