Once all the steps are completed, your organization is officially recognized for the semester. Contact Courtney Martin with any questions, george08@nsuok.edu.

1. Go to nsuok.collegiatelink.net (HawkLife homepage)
2. Enter your NSU username and password
3. Confirm your First Name, Last Name, and Email address
4. Click on the "Organizations" tab
5. Search for your RSO
6. Click "Join Organization"
   1. Your membership will be pending approval from Student Engagement
7. After you've been approved as a member and granted access, you will need to update your RSO profile
   1. Upload a picture of your organization or organization's logo. Make sure you use a PNG, JPEG, or GIF file
   2. Add a description of you organization's purpose
   3. Update the contact information for all social media and websites (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
   4. Upload a copy of your organization's constitution
8. Don't forget to visit the "Campus Links" tab for quick access to many NSU offices
