The Student Financial Services staff of Northeastern State University is committed to being highly knowledgeable of federal student aid policies and regulations to best serve the needs of our students. New employees begin their training by completing the Federal Student Aid (FSA) Coach training modules. Education of staff is continual by utilizing resources such as the daily National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA) Newsletter and Informational for Financial Aid Professional (IFAP) weekly electronic subscription, in addition to attending annual federal and state conferences.
The Northeastern State University Office of Student Financial Services is dedicated to informing and educating student on options regarding federal student aid. Our primary mission is to help students achieve their educational goals through financial support and resources. Staff members adhere to the NASFAA code of conduct.
