Closed: Weekends and university holidays/closures
⚠️ Note: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for test scheduling. During peak periods (e.g., midterms, finals, enrollment), additional notice may be required. Scheduling is subject to staffing and lab capacity.

Registration & Payment
How to Register:

Click “Schedule an Exam” to choose your date and time.

After submitting, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Didn’t get one? Check your Spam folder.

How to Pay:

Click “Pay for an Exam” to submit payment online by credit or debit card.

No refunds are available. All fees are final and subject to change.

An email receipt will be provided.
Lab Policies
-
Photo ID required (must be valid and unexpired).
-
Only registered examinees allowed in testing room.
-
Children are not allowed. Testing staff cannot provide supervision.

No food or drinks in the testing lab.
-
All tests must be completed in one sitting.
-
Video surveillance is used during testing.
-
Any dishonesty or misconduct will be reported and may result in disciplinary action.

Strong odors (smoke, cologne/perfume) may result in rescheduling to accommodate others with sensitivities.
Prohibited Items
Leave all personal items in provided lockers (limited space available). The following are not permitted:

Hats/headgear (except religious, subject to inspection)

Cell phones, cameras, or recording devices

Wireless devices (e.g., smartwatches, Bluetooth)

Listening devices (headphones, radios)

Calculators (CPT exams only)

Notes, books, or printed material

Watches, keys, purses, backpacks, laptops

Food or beverages
Tests Offered:
We provide proctoring and access for the following:
- On-Campus Residual ACT - For NSU Undergraduate admission
- Advanced Standing/Departmental Exams - Awards credit for prior knowledge or skill.
- CLEP - To earn college credit by exam.
- Placement Exams - Math, Reading and English for freshmen
- Proficiency - Allows students to meet University computer and English requirements.
⚠️ MCAT Notice:
NSU no longer offers the MCAT. Please register directly through the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC):

Inclement Weather Policy
If university classes are canceled due to weather, Testing Services will also close.
Students with appointments on those days may reschedule.
