RiverHawks entering the workforce are actively navigating their career journeys. While at Northeastern State University, career readiness has been embedded into their experience. However, Career Readiness does not stop upon graduation. This is a lifelong journey our graduates are eagerly waiting to embark on with your organization. 

Proactively develop oneself and one's career through continual personal and professional learning, awareness of one's strengths and weaknesses, navigation of career opportunities, and networking to build relations within and without one's organization.
